DATE: 22nd December, 2016 P.C.:- 1] Application is made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 6/12/2016. It is submitted that in the last paragraph of the said order number of application is mentioned as "613 of 2016" instead of "1005 of 2016".

2] The second last sentence of the said order is therefore modified and it is substituted by the following sentence.

2/2 APPP/1005/2016 "The present Application No.1005 of 2016 in Application No.613 of 2016 is disposed of."

3] Secondly, it is submitted that in para 4 line number 3 of the said order, in place of the word "co-accused" the word "accused" may be substituted.

4] Accordingly, in para 4 line number 3 of the said order, in place of the word "co-accused" the word "accused" is substituted and the said line shall now be read as under:- "4.............In the present case, this Court has already passed an order in the petition for quashing filed by the accused-applicant that no charge sheet shall be filed."........."

5] The said order is modified accordingly to the above extent. 6] Liberty is granted to the Applicant to apply for fixed date of hearing for deciding Criminal Application No.613 of 2016. (Ms. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J. ) (V.M. KANADE, J.)
