It is reported by learned Advocates for the parties that High Court Suit No.663 of 1996, which was later transferred to the City Civil Court, Mumbai and renumbered as Suit No.1661 of 2019, has been disposed of by a Judgment and Decree dated 30 th January 2020 and the First Appeal (Stamp) No.3811 of 2020 (First Appeal No.517 of 2021) is pending before this court. In that view of the matter, the Petition has become infructuous.
