This is an application for condoning the delay of 32 days in filing application for leave to appeal against the Judgment and Order of acquittal dated 13.07.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Sessions Case No.821 of 2012. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and respondent Nos.1 to 9. I have perused the records. 3.
Considering the reasons set out in paragraph 2 and 3 of the application, which in my considered view constitute
Aarti Palkar 33.CA812.15 sufficient ground for condoning the delay in filing application for leave to appeal, the delay of 32 days is condoned. The application stands disposed of.

The application for leave to appeal be registered, if objections, if any, are removed within a period of 8 days. 5.
The learned APP seeks leave to place on record the notes of evidence within two seeks by giving copy to the other side.
