Megha 1_appln_468_2016.doc By this application under Section 439(2) of the Cr.P.C. Applicants have sought cancellation of bail granted to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.263 of 2016 registered at Hadapsar Police Station, Pune city. Bail was granted to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 vide order dated 23rd May, 2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, in Criminal Bail Application No.1680 of 2016. 2.

Mr. Abhijit Sarwate, the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that during the pendency of this proceedings charge sheet has been filed and the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have already been granted regular bail.

In the light of above, nothing survives in the application. The Criminal Application No.468 of 2016 is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the above order, the Criminal Application No.746 of 2017 and Criminal Application No.1170 of 2017 do not survive and hence stand disposed of.
