By this Civil Application, the Applicants/Claimants are seeking condonation of delay of 24 days in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and award dated 31.3.2016 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Claim Application No.OA (IIu)a/MCC/0259/2010.
