The trial Court seized with Sessions Case No.618 of 2014, arising out of Crime No.121 of 2014 of Vikhroli Police Station, Mumbai for offences under Sections 376 and 420 of the IPC and Sections 5 and 11 of the Black Magic Act is

The applicant shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is unduly delayed and/or not completed within the aforesaid period.
