Since the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that, considering the role attributed to the applicant and also considering the fact that the applicant is in custody from 9th July, 2019, trial may be expedited. In view of the submission, following order is passed.

O R D E R

i) application is allowed to be withdrawn.

ii) Trial is expedited.

iii) Trial should be concluded within a period of one year.

v) Registry is directed to communicate the order to the trial Court.
