Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings challenging the transfer order before the appropriate Forum. According to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Forum has been provided by the Circular of the Corporation. 2.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.
