The Applicant has preferred this application through Jail. 2.
The first prayer of the Applicant is that an Advocate be appointed from the panel of Advocates of High Court Legal Services Committee to represent him in this application. Hence, we appoint Advocate Ms. Nasreen Ayubi to represent the Applicant in this application. 3.
The second prayer of the Applicant is for bail i.e. the Applicant be released on bail for six months on medical ground. As far as release on 1/2 APPA-1507-15.doc

4.
The last prayer of the Applicant is that his Appeal, being Criminal Appeal No.512 of 2011, be taken up for final hearing expeditiously. It is seen that the paper-book is ready. In this view of the matter, Criminal Appeal No.512 of 2011 be added to the Final Hearing Board in the week commencing from 4th January 2016. As the Appeal has been placed on the Final Hearing Board in the week commencing from 4th January 2016, we are not inclined to consider the prayer for bail at this stage.
