The learned counsel Mr. Patil, appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 i.e. officers of the Nashik Muncipal Corporation on the basis of the instructions comprised in the letter dated 7th December 2017 of the Deputy Commissioner (Encroachment), Nashik Municipal Corporation, Nashik, states that the offending structure in question has been removed. Upon this, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that, in view of the said supervening event, he would not press the above Contempt Petition.
