P.C:- This petition is filed directing the Respondents to register the FIR in relation to the representations and complaints made by the Petitioner, a social worker. The learned APP points out that representations have been made to all authorities, expect the concerned authority, i.e. Inspector of the concerned Police Station. Unless the Petitioner takes steps as per law and makes representation to appropriate authority, it cannot be presumed that they have failed in their duty, to issue directions.
