P.C.:- The learned counsel appointed for the applicant submits that the applicant is ini jail since 5 years. He has been sentenced to 10 years rigorous imprisonment. The applicant has filed three applications through jail seeking expeditious hearing 1/2

Mhi APPA-1510-15.sxw of his appeal since he has undergone half of the sentence imposed upon him. In view of this, the appeal needs to be heard expeditiously.

The prayers in all the three applications are granted. The appeal be heard in the fourth week of January, 2016.

The appointment of the learned Advocate Mr. Garg continues in Criminal Appeal No.587 of 2012 4.
