The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Appellate Authority. He states that the contention of the Petitioner is that what is recorded in paragraph 4 of the impugned order dated 19th September, 2013 is factually incorrect.

In view of the aforesaid request, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the Appellate Authority. If such proceedings are filed, the Appellate Authority shall decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. All questions on merits are kept open. (A.K. MENON, J.) (A.S. OKA, J.)
