DATED : 9 February, 2017 P.C. :- Though it is the duty of the Applicant to bring all the heirs of deceased Respondent on record, applications are taken out by the Respondent's heirs to bring themselves on record. 2.

Considering this position, there is no impediment in granting prayer clause (a) of these applications. As far as the other prayers are concerned, they will be considered in appropriate proceedings. The Revision Applicant will carry out the necessary amendments in the revision applications before the next date. Civil Application Nos.32 of 2017 and 33 of 2017 are accordingly disposed off.

As far as other revision applications are concerned, the learned counsel for the Applicant states that necessary civil applications based on Civil Application Nos.32 of 2017 and 33 of 2/3

2017, will be taken out before the next date. 4.

At the joint request of the parties, place the revision applications, which are pending for admission and all connected civil applications therein, on board under the caption 'for admission' on 23 February, 2017.
