The applicants-Mohammad Ali Mohammed Amin Khatib and Zafrullah Mohammed Amin Khatib have complied with the order dated 15/12/2022 passed by this Court and the agreement has since been executed. Learned counsel for the complainant does not dispute the same. 3.

The complainant says that the sale deed has been executed in favour of the complainant, he is no more

It is further submitted by learned counsel for the complainant that the complainant will co-operate with the applicants for quashing of the complaint as the dispute has been amicably resolved which essentially of a civil nature. The parties may resort to appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
