The applicant has prayed for bail and expeditious hearing of Criminal Appeal No.132 of 2013. It is seen that the applicant had earlier preferred application for bail i.e. Criminal Bail Application No.572 of 2013. The said application came to be rejected by this Court, by order dated 25th June, 2013. No fresh ground has been pointed for us to reconsider the prayer for bail. Hence prayer for bail is rejected. However, the hearing of the appeal is expedited.

Fees to be paid to the appointed advocate as per rules. 5.
