The grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are not implementing the direction issued by the State Minister vide order dated 9th September, 2014 (Exhibit "A"). 3.

We find that the Petitioner has not filed any documents to show that the Petitioner has approached Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 before approaching this Court seeking Mandamus. 4.

In the circumstances, we dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to submit a detailed representation before Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 pointing out to them that they are supposed to take appropriate further steps on the direction issued Vishal Parekar 1/2
