1. On 29.06.2022 when both appellant and the respondent were present, a grievance was raised by Mr. Adsule that there has been a substantial outstanding of maintenance payable to respondent. We orally directed appellant and his Advocate that the entire outstanding should be paid within a week, failing which the appeal and civil applications will stand dismissed.

2. We had informed the Advocate that we are not going to record what we had told orally in the order and we would expect appellant to comply with the order of maintenance passed by the Family Court. The matter was thereafter stood over to today.
3. Today, neither appellant nor his Advocate are present in court. Mr. Adsule on instructions states that not a penny has been paid after 29.06.2022 when the court warned appellant that the appeal and the civil applications will be dismissed if the entire outstanding is not cleared.
4. In the circumstances, appeal and both civil applications are dismissed.
