This application is moved for recalling the order dated 21.9.2017 and 30.1.2017. By order dated 21.9.2015, this Court had dismissed the Criminal Application No.221 of 2017 which was taken out for restoration of the main application No.1286 of 2015, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.1.2017. The learned Counsel submits that on the relevant date, she was held up in the Sessions Court and so, she could not attend to the matter.

In view of this, the order dated 21.9.2017 is recalled and thus, the Application No.221 of 2017 is hereby restored to its file. 4.
