1] As we found no specific cause of action in Petition, we gave the Petitioner an opportunity to make a representation to the Commissioner of Police.

2] The Petitioner has made representation to Commissioner of Police on 5th November, 2019. Again in that representation he has made general grievance. He has not pointed out as to why he cannot continue with his business and he has not named the police officers who are disturbing his business. Photocopy of the representation is retained on record as Exhibit A.
