Parties are present with their respective advocates and have given no objection for quashing of FIR. Respondent No.2 has filed affidavit in Criminal Application No.1612/2019 on same lines. Similarly, Applicant in Criminal Application No.1612/2019 who is respondent No.2 in Criminal Application No.1614/2019 has also tendered separate affidavit in Criminal Application No.1614/2019.

In this situation, accepting joint request but subject to payment of cost of Rs.25,000/- by each complainant to Police Welfare Fund of State of Maharashtra, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (A). (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
