P.C.:- By this application the Applicant has sought restoration of appeal, which was dismissed by order dated 19th October, 2012 passed by the Additional Registrar (Judl-II) for non payment of Bhatta charges. By the said order two weeks' time was granted to the Appellant to pay Bhatta charges. Failure to comply with the said order resulted in dismissal of the appeal.

The learned counsel for the Applicant states that he was not aware that the Applicant was called upon to pay the Bhatta charges. He undertakes to deposit the Bhatta charges and to remove the other Megha 1/2
Megha 37_caf_374_2014.odt office objections. Statement is accepted.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The Applicant to pay Bhatta Charges and remove office objections within a period of two weeks. The Appeal be registered subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the Juvenile Justice Fund and removal of the office objections.

The civil application stands disposed of.

The First Appeal be listed on 11/11/2019.
