This application is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, for quashing of FIR No. 55 of 2018 registered by Kasturba Marg Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A) & (D) and 506(II) of the IPC, by consent.

By the order dated 16.01.2020 learned APP was directed to verify and make statement in relation to the criminal antecedents of the present Applicant. Pursuant to the said order, the learned APP has tendered report of Police Inspector, Kasturba Marg Police Station, 1/2
(47) APL 1286-18 Mumbai. The said report is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'A'. The report shows that there are three more crimes registered against the present Applicant vide C.R. No. 7 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 341. 332, 34 of the IPC, C.R. No. 495 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 435, 447, 451, 141, 143, 149, 452, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and C.R. No. 75 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 452, 141, 143, 146, 147, 149 of Indian Penal Code.

Considering the Criminal antecedents of the applicant, we are not inclined to exercise inherent powers and we refuse to quash the FIR. In the result, the following order is passed:
ORDER
The Application is dismissed.
