This is an application for condonation of delay of 82 days in preferring the First Appeal, challenging the Judgment and Award dated 29th March 2014 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag-Raigad in L.A.R. No.163 of 2002.

As per the Office Note, notice of this Civil Application was duly served on the respondents; however, no one is present on their behalf. 4.
In view of the reasons given in paragraph No.3 of the Civil Application, sufficient cause being made out, the delay of 82 days in preferring the First Appeal, needs to be condoned. 1/2 CAF-914-15.doc

In the interest of justice, taking a liberal view of the matter, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 6.
