The learned counsel for the appellant has tendered the consent terms signed by the appellant and the respondent in the Court today. They are accepted on record and marked as exhibit 'Z'. The consent terms are signed by the counsel for the appellant. It is stated that the consent terms were recorded in the presence of the mediator. It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the consent terms and that the marriage solemnized between the parties on 23/04/2004 should be dissolved in accordance with the consent terms. ism

2 909.79.17 fca The appellant and the respondent are personally present in the Court today. The learned counsel for the appellant has identified the appellant and the respondent. We had asked the appellant and the respondent whether they are ad-idem on the terms mentioned in the consent terms. Both, the appellant and the respondent have answered in the affirmative. We have perused the consent terms. They are extremely just and reasonable.

Hence, the marriage solemnized between the parties on 23/04/2004 is hereby dissolved in accordance with the consent terms mentioned in exhibit 'Z'. A decree be drawn accordingly.

In view of the consent terms, the respondent may secure the remaining cheques from the mediator.

The appeal stands disposed of.
