This Application is for condonation of 333 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 30.08.2017 passed by the Family Court, Nasik in Petition NO.A-82/2015 allowing the divorce petition filed by the Respondent under section 13(1)(ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Application.
