Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

Learned APP submits that the applicants are not cooperating with the investigation despite issuance of the notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure (hereafter 'the Cr.PC' for short).

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no.1 is a handicapped person and the applicants are always willing to co-operate with the investigation. 1/2

The applicants to report to the Investigating Officer on 1st and 2nd December, 2022, between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and co-operate with the investigation. Statement is accepted.

In case if the Investigating Officer wants to effect the arrest if he feels that arrest is imperative in the wake of the reasons recorded by him, he may effect the arrest after giving 72 hours notice in advance to the applicants. 6.

The applicants shall furnish the details of their residential address and phone numbers to the investigating officer.

The application is disposed of.
