The Criminal Application No.337 of 2015 is filed by the accused for quashing the said FIR. The applicant therefore is entitled to intervene in the application No.337 of 2015. The applicant in Criminal Application No.337 of 2015 is directed to implead applicant in above application as a party respondent and thereafter serve the amended copy of the application No.337 of 2015 to the added respondent.
