Both the Applications are filed for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the Applicant.

Against the compensation amount of Rs. 2,50,000/-, Applicant has deposited Rs. 1,00,000/- before the learned trial court. 3.

The Applicant - Accused in addition thereto shall deposit an amount of Rs. 50,000/- in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of above, there shall be suspension of sentence and the Applicant - Accused be acquitted to bail on same terms on which he was ordered to be released by the learned trial Judge. 5.

It is clarified that if the amount is not deposited, bail granted to the Applicant shall be revoked without further reference to the Court. 6.
