Learned Counsel for the parties tender consent terms duly signed by the parties and their respective Advocates. The parties are present before the Court. The parties have agreed to take divorce by mutual consent under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ichalkaranji. The terms of alimony and other conditions concerning resolution of pending civil/criminal cases have also been agreed to and are contained in the consent terms. Learned Counsel seek disposal of the misc. civil application in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record, marked 'X' for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted. The Misc. civil application is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
