By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following substantive relief :

a. this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Order or Direction directing the Respondent Police Station to complete the investigation the F.I.R. No. 98 of 2021 and file charge sheet as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two months from today.
