I have gone through the report received from the trial court. The trial court has estimated, after consulting the Special Public Prosecutor incharge of the matter, the time to complete avk 1/2

5-BA-2660-2014 the trial, as of three months. I find that 23 witnesses for the prosecution have already been examined.

Under these circumstances, for considering the question of grant of bail, even the evidence adduced so far during the trial, would be need to be seen. Such a course is not advisable, in the facts and circumstances of the case. I am, therefore, not inclined to release the applicant on bail. However, I am inclined to make the trial time bound. The application is rejected.

However, the trial court shall complete the trial by delivering a judgment, in any case, within a period of three months from today.
