After this application was heard for sometime, Mr.Sonawane learned counsel for the applicant no.1 on instructions of applicant no.1 who is present in the Court makes a statement that the applicant no.1 would hand over custody of the two minor daughters to the respondent no.2 on 8.1.2017 before 5 p.m. Considering the age of the minor girls, the approach of the applicant no.1 is not pursuing this revision application is fair. Applicant no.1 shall have visitation rights and would be permitted to meet the minor girls in the presence of respondent no.2 as and when he desires, however subject to the applicant no.1 giving prior intimation of twenty four hours of the date

rng 21.raj.patil.14.odt and time of the meeting to the respondent no.2. In view of this arrangement and consensus as reached, this revision application would not warrant any further adjudication.

Accordingly, revision Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs. Needless to observe that in case of any change of circumstances, parties are at liberty to seek modification of this order by making an application before the learned trial Judge. {G.S.KULKARNI, J}
