Pursuant to the order dated 24th February 2017, the learned counsel for the applicant-accused submits that the applicant-accused has come today with a Demand Draft of Rs. 2 lacs, which he will deposit with the office of the Registrar (Judicial-I) before 4.30 p.m. The Registry is directed to accept this Demand Draft before 4.30 p.m. He also files an undertaking of the applicant-accused that he shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs.4 lacs within a period of three weeks from today. The said undertaking is accepted. The applicant-accused shall comply with the undertaking on or before 22nd March 2017. With this, interim bail granted by order dated 20th December 2016 is hereby confirmed. The applicant-accused shall attend the concerned police station as and when called. Especially, the applicant-accused is directed
Trupti 01-ABA-2094-2016 to attend the concerned police station on 24th March 2017 and the Investigating Officer shall verify whether the applicant-accused has deposited Rs. 4 lacs with the Registrar (Judicial-I) or not. If the applicant-accused has not complied with the undertaking, then the prosecution will be at liberty to take step for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail.

Hence, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
