C.:- 1) Perusal of record indicates that, after obtaining ad-interim relief on 19th December, 2014, the Petitioner is seeking adjournments and is avoiding to proceed with the hearing of the Petition. 2) On last two occasions i.e. 10th January, 2024 and 17th January, 2024, adjournments were sought. Today also an adjournment is sought by the learned Advocate on the some trifle ground. It appears that, the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Petition.

3) Dismissed for want of prosecution.
