The grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 07.11.2017 is for seeking transfer from Nasik Road Central Prison to Thane Central Prison.

The Application does not give any specific reason. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh application to the Competent Authority / Jail Authorities for seeking such transfer in accordance with law. If any such application is made by the Petitioner, the same shall be expedited and dealt with by the concerned Authorities within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

In view of the above direction, the writ petitions stands disposed of.
