This is an application for relaxation of condition of an attendance imposed by the Additional Sessions Court, Thane by order dated 4th April, 2018 passed in B.A No. 600 of 2018. While granting bail, applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on first Monday of each month during 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till the trial is over. Applicant seeks relaxation of said condition. Since the bail order imposing the condition is passed by the learned Sessions Judge, the applicant can prefer such application before the said Court for relaxation of condition. Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

i.

Applicant is at liberty to prefer an application before the Sessions Court for relaxation of condition imposed by the Sessions Court vide order dated 4th April, 2018 with regards to attendance to the Police Station.

ii.

In the event such application is preferred, the trial Court may decide the same on merits in accordance with law. iii.

Criminal Application stands disposed off.
