This is an application seeking relaxation of clause (c) of the bail order passed by this Court on 16th January 2023 (Coram: M.S. Karnik, J.) in light of the fact that the applicant has been attending the trial, which has already commenced.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant may not attend the Investigating Officer. However, he shall scrupulously attend the trial on each date unless he is prevented by some cogent and satisfactory reason. 6.
