The grievance of the Petitioner in his Application dated 25.09.2017 for seeking transfer from Taloja Central Prison to Nasik Road Central Prison.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned APP on instructions submit that the Petitioner is at present released on bail since 29.03.2019. Learned APP has submitted a report dated 16.06.2022 stating the above facts which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
