At the outset, learned counsel for the Appellants seeks permission to delete Respondent Nos. 8 to 12 and 13 to 16. Permission for deletion is granted at the risk of the Appellants. Amendment to be carried out forth with.

Learned counsel for the Appellants and Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 and 17 submits that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and tenders the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are singed by the Appellants and the Respondents except the deleted Respondents. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The parties are identified by their respective Advocates who have also signed the Consent Terms. The undertaking given in the Consent Terms is accepted as undertaking given to this Court. 3.

The Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms filed by the parties.
