Parties jointly state that they have amicably settled the controversy.

The Original Complainant has tendered an affidavit pointing out settlement and giving no objection for settlement quashing of FIR.

Petitioners have no objection, if amount of Rs.30,000/- deposited by them in L.T. Marg Police Station, is made over to Respondent No.2.

We have perused complaint, which shows a private dispute without any public angle. In view of settlement, we are inclined to accept the joint request.

Accordingly we direct Respondent No.1/State to pay amount of Rs.30,000/- which was deposited by Petitioner, to Respondent No.2/Original Complainant.

In view of joint request we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
