s query and in the light of the fact that wife has not pressed Petition for grant of enhanced maintenance, learned Counsel for the Petitioner-husband volunteers that the Petitioner-husband shall pay maintenance of Rs 10,000/- per month to the child from 1/1/2020 which proposal is opposed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner-wife.

2] As such, after hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, the impugned order dated 4/10/2017 is ordered to be modified. The 1/2

(19) WP-3723-18.doc amount of maintenance to be paid to child is increased to Rs 15,000/- from Rs 5,000/- to be payable from 1/1/2019.
