The respondents affidavit is taken on record. 2.

Heard. This Petition is rather an unnecessary litigation. The petitioner is requested to attend a criminal case as a witness for the prosecution. The prosecution requested her to come and depose in respect of certain documents. It is the case of the prosecution that certain documents are with the petitioner's witness. Now, the case of the petitioner's witness is that she might willingly go and appear before the criminal court as a witness but she would not able to produce documents which are sought from her. I am afraid such a grievance cannot be made through this Petition. The petitioner may appear before the criminal Court and depose whatever is relevant to the criminal case. If the documents sought from her are not with her, she may inform it to the learned Magistrate. 3.

With these observations, the Petition stands disposed of. (A.V. NIRGUDE, J.) waghmare/- 1/1
