1. Heard learned APP appearing for the State.

2. In the present Writ Petition the Petitioner by his letter dated 01.11.2017 raised several grievances which prima-faice appear to be general and not specific. One of the grievance pertains to the medical treatment of the Petitioner.

3. Learned APP has submitted a report dated 16.06.2022 prepared by Superintendent, Thane Central Prison, Thane. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

4. Appended to the said report is the medical report of the current status and evaluation of the medical problems faced by the Petitioner and it states that the Petitioner is been treated in the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai.

5. In view of the above report, the principle grievance of the Petitioner in his application does not survive. However, if the Petitioner has any grievance he may bring it to the notice of the authorities and authorities are directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

6. With the above directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
