The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 31/03/2017, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and he has been interrogated. I have perused the record of the investigation. It appears from the record that the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant on 31/03/2017 has substance in it. The record reveals that the applicant is the permanent resident of State of Bihar and he has no concern with the establishment of the coNesarikar

In view thereof, the applicant has made out the case for his release for pre-arrest bail.

The interim relief granted by an order dated 31/03/2017 is hereby confirmed.
