This is a Petition received through jail. It was the grievance of the Petitioner that the Petitioner was not granted furlough leave by the Competent Authority.

Learned A.P.P. produced on record the Nominal Role Chart of the Applicant duly signed by the Incharge Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison. In the said report, it is stated that the Petitioner was released on furlough leave on 27th January 2020 and 2nd July 2021 and he returned to prison within the stipulated period. That the Petitioner was also released on parole leave on 9th August 2021 on the ground of Covid-19 pandemic and he 1/2

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
