By an order dated 9th December, 2015 this Court had issued notice to the Respondent to appear before the Court on 15th January, 2016. The notice has been duly served. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 31 days in filing Criminal Revision Application. For the reasons mentioned in the application the delay in filing Criminal Revision application is condoned. Criminal Application is disposed off.
