Mr. Kankal, learned AGP for respondent nos. 1 and 2 on instructions states that respondent no.4 in whose favour the learned Minister has passed the order, has addressed a letter to the respondent nos. 1 to 3 stating that they are not interested in the allotment of the ration shop. The learned AGP has tendered a copy of the letter received from respondent no.4 and also furnishes a copy thereof to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The letter addressed by respondent no.4 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The impugned order dated 6th June, 2017 passed by respondent no.2 and impugned order dated 10th November, 2017 passed by respondent no.3 thus do not survive. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
