Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. The name of the fourth Respondent has been already deleted. 2.
Appeal has been admitted. Civil Application is disposed of by passing the following order :
ORDER
(i) Adinterim relief granted on 20th March, 2015 will continue to operate as interim relief subject to condition
caf965.15 in fast33149.14.sxw of the Applicant depositing the entire compensation amount with the Reference Court within a period of two months from today. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court;
(ii) If the amount is deposited, the Reference Court shall permit the first to third Respondents to withdraw the same on furnishing adequate security. Security shall be to the satisfaction of the Reference Court. Security shall not be accepted without giving an opportunity of being heard to the Applicant. On failure of the first to third Respondents to withdraw the amount within a period of four months from the date on which the amount is deposited, the same shall be invested in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalised Bank till disposal of the Appeal.
