This petition takes an exception to the order dated 16.10.2018 passed by the Respondent No.11 - Collector Pune, in Dispute Application No. 1186 of 2018 filed by the petitioner. 2.

The Petitioner had filed the aforesaid Dispute Application challenging 'No Confidence Motion' by which he was removed from the post of Sarpanch.

There is no interim order in the present petition. Hence fresh election for the post of Surpanch must have been held by this time. MJ Jadhav 1/2

Therefore, nothing survives in the present petition. Petition is dismissed.
